When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business day.

What are the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are a flat fee of £7 within the UK and are sent via Royal Mail signed for 1st class. If you live outside of the UK, please contact Sifa via email sifamustafadraws@gmail.com for a shipping quote.

How will my order come?

All prints are carefully protected and rolled into a postal tube. Original pieces will be shipped flat.

Do you accept refunds?

If you are not happy with your piece returns are accepted up to 10 days of you receiving your item, please email sifamustafadraws@gmail.com to request a refund with details of your order and the reason for requesting a return. Your item must come in the exact same condition you received it in. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

What is the difference between the prints available in this shop and the prints available at other retailers?

All prints on Sifa’s website are giclée fine art prints. Prints available are of a small selection carefully curated by Sifa Mustafa. For more affordable options (framed and unframed) Sifa’s work is currently stocked at a number of retailers which are high quality but not as high as giclée fine art prints in this shop. They are also not hand signed by the artist.

Sifa will make exclusively available on her shop a small selection of limited edition prints which will be signed, dated and numbered. More about this will be announced on her social media and newsletters.

What is a giclée print?

A giclée fine art print is digital print made on a professional inkjet printer. This very high quality, incredibly rich and detailed print is a lot more sustainable than regular prints.

Do you offer giclée prints in custom sizes?

Yes! For any special requests please email sifamustafadraws@gmail.com so that Sifa can send you a quote.

Can I commission an original piece of art?

Yes! Depending on Sifa’s current ongoing projects, from time to time she will take on a commission, to discuss rates, please email sifamustafadraws@gmail.com

Can I sign up to a newsletter?

Yes, you can. I will occasionally email about prints which are back in stock, limited edition prints and new work available to buy. I will also share details of competitions you can get involved and insights into studio life! You can sign up here.
